This product is used to soften tough cuts of meat. It is good for softening minute steaks for quick pan frying. Sprinkle sparingly over the cut of meat and let it sit for a bit before cooking.

May contain traces of celery, cow's milk, egg, soy, mustard or wheat gluten. 

Unopened: Store under cool dry conditions. Ideally between 15ºC and 25ºC. Cool, Dry Conditions, Away from Direct Sunlight. Re-seal after opening.
